What is the warranty period on EVOC protectors and backpacks?
We offer a 24-month warranty on all products. Additionally, we provide a free Crash Replacement for our integrated LITESHIELD (AIR) and LITESHIELD PLUS back protectors if they are damaged in a fall.
How do I find the right size for a protector backpack?
To ensure maximum protection, the torso length is critical. Measure from the top of your hip to your shoulder and consult our size chart located on each product page to choose between S, M/L, or XL.
Are EVOC bike travel bags compatible with road bikes and mountain bikes?
Yes, our BIKE TRAVEL BAG series is designed to fit most models, including XC, Enduro, DH, and Road bikes. For road bikes, we recommend using our ROAD BIKE ADAPTER or ROAD BIKE ALUMINIUM STAND for extra stability.
How should I clean my EVOC backpack?
We recommend hand-washing your pack with mild soap and cold water. Avoid using a washing machine or dryer, as this can damage the technical coatings and foam protectors.
What is your return policy for international orders?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for international return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Do you offer spare parts for your travel bags?
Yes, we believe in the longevity of our products. We offer replaceable wheels, handles, and axle protectors through our 'Service & Parts' section to keep your gear in motion.
